HealthPartners

HealthPartners is a multi-specialty physician entity with locations throughout northwest Indiana and southwest Michigan.   Offices are conveniently located in Michigan City, Chesterton, LaPorte, and Westville, Indiana.  The newest location opened in New Buffalo, Michigan during the summer of 2007.  HealthPartners is affialated with Saint Anthony Memorial and a proud member of the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc. with sister hospitals located in Indiana and Illinois. 

The medical practice is comprised of more than 50 physicians who have embraced our mission to serve the healthcare needs of the Michiana community.   The physicians specialize in adult, pediatric, and specialty medical care that provides a full range of care for you and your family.
